It happens occasionally, especially if you have a bunch of rail spurs right next to each other.

Crossing in Otway, Ohio a one signal that is missing three of it's lights.

This crossing further down the line in McDermott, Ohio also has a missing side light. Also, why does it even have side lights pointing that way?

You know, this signal reminds me of those railroad crossings from some countries like France and Italy. where they only have one light on both the front and back

Doesn't look like ever had a second signal there. Might've always had one signal, especially since it's a one-way road.
