Here's a private crossing by the museum that has some pretty old, and new features to this crossing.
Picture 3 shows very, very rare "STOP" lights. |

Looks like the museum was painting the crossbuck, and didn't finish. |
All 8" lights at this crossing have GRS 8" incandescent lights. |
|||||||
Another view. |
You're not seeing things. That really is the end of the line! |
Going back the other way. |
||||||
The reason why the line is so short in picture 11, is because this is a wye, and gets very, very little traffic.
Pictures 1-12 were taken on October 31, 2009.

On October 23, 2010, TrainmanKight returns to the crossing, to find that the WCH electronic bell has been replaced with a Safetran mechanical bell! The other signal that didn't have its paint finished is completed as well. |

The second signal, which has the stop lights and bell. |

It has another old clamp-style base. |
Close-ups of the stop lights, which were made by GRS! |

The 8 inch lights on this signal are all still from GRS as well. |
This signal still has the cast-iron crossbuck. |
||
The Safetran mechanical bell is still here. |
