Both cantilever arms are laying next to the crossing!

According to a Patriot Rail empolyee I talked with here later, they were cut-off because they "kept causing the signals to malfunction". I'm guessing the wiring inside of them was starting to fail, causing the overhead lights not to work right.

I have no idea what lights they would've had before being removed, but I suspect Modern Industries 12x20s.
