As you can tell, this is not a railroad crossing. This is a wash area with crossing signals. In pictures 1 and 2, the road has dirt mounds on it because part of the original closing gate is missing. Also because even though the gates on the signals were down, and the lights were flashing, people tried to go around, and ended up stuck on the wash below. The road has been closed indefinitely until a bridge can be made, in which time, the signals will be removed.
As for the signals themselves, there are no crossbucks and bells obviously, since this is not a grade crossing. The lights are front facing only with what appears to be 12"x24" frames from Safetran, with LEDs that I don't recognize.

The LEDs appear to be from Harmon at a far away distance, but in picture 4, the LEDs don't appear to be from Harmon. A larger picture of 2848x4288 is available for picture 4 upon request.
Both signals have solar panels, so the lights can flash with the help from the sun. Since this wash is out for a very long time, the 12"x24" LEDs will be flashing nonstop 24/7 for a long time.
In picture 5, there is a blinking yellow beacon lights normally used for road construction installed on the gate, because none of the 4" gate lights on either signal work.
