While the crossing is on the line between Virginia and Tennessee, the FRA lists it as being in Virginia which is why it's listed as such on here. Both towns on both sides of the state line are named Bristol.

This rather cool sign showing that this street & crossing is in fact on the state line exists just east of the crossing. The TN/VA state line runs right down the middle of State Street.
