45th St. is just a dead-end access road to some businesses at this point. These signals have 12"x24" Safetran lightheads with Harmon fading LEDs. The WCH mechanical bell originally stopped ringing when the gates fully lowered, but sometime in the late summer of 2011 it was adjusted to ring from activation to shutdown.
