No, the WRRS Harpes wigwag is not in action. The banner is stuck on the right side of the signal, and can't move. The other wigwag has a missing a lens, but it exposes something interesting inside!

Picture 4 shows a wide view of the crossing, and picture 5 shows the relay case.

 

I left picture 6 as a very large picture so that you can see what's inside. There's a L.E.D. light inside! Take a look for yourself. Beware that picture 6 is 323 KB in size.

 

The FRA says the crossing was closed in 1998, but I've been told that the trains still go through. The next crossing next to this one is the North Ave. crossing, which does still exist in the eyes of the FRA.
