The lone bell here is a General Signals Type 2 e-bell.

 

The above signal has two RECO LED gate lights and an older RECO incandescent gate light, which I forgot to photograph while documenting the crossing.

Thankfully, I did get photos of all three gatelights while the crossing was active, which you can see a bit further down this page.
