This crossing was located on what appears to have once been a yard.
Said yard appears to have connected to the NS AGS South District and what was once the ACL Elyton Subdivision (now part of the CSX Birmingham Mineral Subdivision and CSX Boyles Terminal), so I have no idea who owned and/or operated it.
Definitely wasn't the ACL's yard though, as that yard was over near Elyton Park a bit north of this crossing.
