This crossing appears to be owned and operated by Nucor Steel, with NS having trackage rights over it.
It also appears that the FRA hasn't assigned this crossing a DOT number, so I have no idea how many trains this crossing sees a day, though it's probably a good amount with how much Nucor probably runs their switcher through it.
Overview of the crossing. |
Close-ups of the signals. Both signals are gateless with WCH 12x24 inch lights with unknown LEDs (if the lights are LED) and no bells. It appears both crossbucks are backwards as well. |

I can't really get any closer to the crossing without drawing any suspicion to myself due to the fact that the crossing is behind a gate, so these are the best pictures I can get.
This crossing is located to the west(-ish) of Red Hat Road.
It appears that Nucor Steel also has two other gateless crossings on their property, but they aren't visible from anywhere outside of the property so I haven't gotten any photos of them. They likely are the same as this one.
All pictures were taken on 3-12-18.
