This crossing is located on an NS-owned interchange yard for NS and CSX that comes off of the NS Memphis District East End with CSX having trackage rights over it.

A return trip to the crossing on 5-31-18 shows no changes to the signals themselves (unlike Vine Street #1, which was upgraded to LED)...

...however, NS has installed two new blue emergency information signs on the Keep Right sign on the median next to the crossing!

Despite this crossing sharing a DOT number with Vine Street #1, it is not in a quiet zone like Vine Street #1 is.

 

This crossing has a tendency to malfunction due to CSX leaving cars too close to the crossing.
