This crossing is located on a connecting line/yard between the CSX Dothan Subdivision and the Bay Line Railroad.
I'm not entirely sure if CSX or BAYL owns this line, but I believe CSX does. However, the FRA claims that the BAYL owns it, so I can't say this for certain.
