This crossing is located on the NS Rep Steel Lead, a connecting track between the NS AG Branch and the ATN's yard and the NS Siskin Yard.

It appears that the mast is too short for the signal, so the crossbuck is underneath the lights as there's no room for it above them!

Despite only getting two trains a day, this crossing has had a lot of accidents, probably due to the fact that there's just a pair of gateless mast signals here on the outside of the crossing for this busy 4-lane crossing.
If a semi-truck were to stop in the right-hand lane, there'd be no way for any of the other drivers to see if the signals were on or not!
The crossing also tends to build up long lines of waiting traffic when a train comes through due to the fact that this road is also one of the two major east/west roads in Gadsden!
