The crossing shut off almost as soon as the train cleared the road, but it then activated agian almost immediately afterwards and stayed active for a while longer.

Another return trip on 1-28-21 finds that the WCH e-bell here was replaced with a re-used General Signals Type 2 e-bell!

 

This bell came from Airport Road.

The train passes and the crossing deactivates, but quickly reactivates again for a tail-ring malfunction.

For whatever reason in the video below, the bell here failed to come on.

Apparently this bell would sometimes fail during cold weather, so the HMCR replaced it with the GS Type 2 from Airport Road later.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Despite the cantilevers having Lincoln Industries splice boxes on the masts, these are actually traffic light mast-arms re-purposed into crossing signals.
