An overview of the crossing. |
One of two median signals. |
This median signal has a Safetran base... |
...and a Safetran gate mechanism. |
Another look at the median signal. |
It has 12"x24" incandescent frames, also from Safetran. |
||
A side view of the median signal. |
This cantilever signal also has a Safetran gate mechanism. |
|
This is a single direction WCH gate guard. |
One of two GS e-bells at the crossing. |
|
The cantilever is from Lincolin Industries. All lights on this cantilever signal, and on the gate mast are all 12"x24" Safetran & WCH incandescents. |
||
These are 12"x24" incandescent frames too. |
A side view of the cantilever signal. |
A rear view of both signals. |
Here's a track that's very likely out of service. |

The relay case. |
Facing the other direction this time... |
|
A DOT sign provided by CSX. |
This cantilever is also from Lincoln Industries. |
There is a Safetran gate mechanism here on the gate mast behind the cantilever. |
There are WCH 12"x24" frames on the gate mast. |
A rear view of the cantilever. |
Here's the second of two GS e-bells. |
The tip of this gate has a flexible section. |
This cantilever signal has a mix of Safetran and WCH incandescent 12"x24" frames as well. |
|
Here's the other median signal. It also has a Safetran base as seen in picture 41. |
||
It too has a Safetran gate mechanism. |
There are 12"x24" Safetran incandescents here. |
Here's a closer view of the GS gate guard. |
You can tell it's a General Signals gate guard because there is only one spring, as seen in pictures 45 and 49. |
||

An overview of both signals. |
|
On January 8, 2011 the crossing was caught in action. All GS type 2 e-bells silence when the gates fully lower. |
||
On May 19, 2022, Ethan the Railfanner made a return trip to this crossing to find a few changes to this crossing.

Overview facing east. |
The eastern cantilever signal. Sometime during the past years, the GS Type 2 E-Bell on this signal was replaced with an NEG E-Bell. |
