Also, take a close look at the emergency information signs here. If you notice, the incorrect DOT numbers are on stickers stuck over another DOT number!
I was able to make out enough of the numbers to punch into the FRA's website, and it turns out that the DOT number underneath is for a crossing in Montgomery that was closed all the way back for 1998!
I'm honestly not sure why CSX made some modern ENS signs for a crossing that hasn't existed in literally 20+ years, and then stuck an incorrect DOT number over them, but they did!
