Also, take note of the place where sidelights would've been mounted above the lights in Picture 15.
Not sure why that's there, as, as far as I can tell, there was never any side streets that intersected here, nor any driveways.
Maybe back when these signals were first installed, AL 134 intersected AL 123 next to this crossing, but was rerouted to intersect further south later on?
That, or these signals were re-used from somewhere else, if I had to guess.
