The FRA says that this crossing sees less than one train a day, but about half-way down the first page of the report, they note that the crossing looks to be out of service and they are awaiting further information from Norfolk Southern about the state of this crossing.

They also say that CSX operates on a second track at this crossing. However, only one track actually crosses the street here. The second track seen in picture 32 ends right at the crossing.
