This is a strange one. The outer signals are very old and rusty, with gates. It looks like the median gates had some added not too long ago. Notice the newer cantilevers in the shot. They wouldn't be dormant for long.
Take a look at the median signal facing the opposite way. The bell on the opposite median signal appears to be hanging off the crossbuck or in mid-air!

Note: This crossing is in a quiet zone. Google Street View shows little change to the crossing, except for the fact that the crossbuck has been added to the signal in picture 7.
