This crossing was located on the UP Sacramento Subdivision with BNSF having trackage rights over it.

 

This crossing was located in a quiet zone. Trains did not blow their horns at this crossing.

A return trip by MobileRailSpotterRXR on 2-13-20 shows the crossing has been closed and the signals were removed!

 

 

After C Street was closed, UP left the signals up and running for a little while, as seen in the video below:

 

The signals weren't removed until later that November, and the crossing was officially marked as "closed" by the FRA in January of 2020.
