Bought this bell on eBay for $218 USD. The hammer was broken on arrival; the piece that connects the hammer fell into the gong. I am guessing my bell came from a ex Conrail or an ex GTW Line.
I later restored this bell and it works again!

UPDATE AS OF MAY 20, 2025:
The internals of this bell were moved into my 2nd Gen bell to make that one work. This bell now no longer works.
