This is my second bell that I own. I bought this bell in August of 2019
from a seller out in Oklahoma. I assume this bell would've came from
either the BNSF, UP, or the then KCS.

The door
features the "Safetran Systems Corp Louisville, Kentucky" label on the
back of the bell.

The
rainshield has the "AL214MMF" stamped in the middle. More than likely
this is a part number. Griswold/RACO bells lack this label.

The label
on
the inside is similar to the one on my Griswold, but this one's colored
green and white. I wonder if the former Safetran plant still exists
today?
The
positive
and negative terminals are more spaced out rather than being really
close to each other like on my Griswold mechanical bell. Like the
Griswold, it has labels to tell you where to hook the positive and
negative wires at for operation.

The
internal components are exactly the same as the ones found on a
Griswold/RACO bell.
This bell
is a loud tone bell. I wonder if soft tone versions exist at all?
The
inside of the door has a part number of sorts on it. Griswold/RACO
bells lack this.
