WRRS Bell #2

This is my 2nd WRRS Bell that I aquired. I actually recieved this bell the same time I did my Cast Iron bell but this one looked the best so that is why I call it the second WRRS bell that I aquired. This is probably the cleanest WRRS bell that I have, but it is probably the weakest. I can't get it to ring @ a normal WRRS/WCH ring rate because there is something wrong w/ the left magnet block. It likes to hold on to the swivel arm when it is in action giving the whole thing only half power. I got this bell from the UPRR & it came with a 5 & 3/4" pipe mount.
