*When I was here filming a Union Pacific manifest train here the day I took these photos, a pedestrian wasn't paying attention and was hit by the train. I ended up filming the whole incident. After he was hit, I stopped recording and called 911. An ambulance and police showed up and was able to take the pedestrian to a hospital, where he would end up making a full recovery. I ended up getting interviewed by the Denver Police, the UP crew, and BNSF Police. They were very thankful for the footage I had and could see that the crossing signals were working just fine and that the person that got hit wasn't paying any attention at all. For the rest of the day, there was a slow order put in place at the crossing and crews had to stop and flag it. To see my video of what happened, click here.
