This crossing is located on the HOG Mainline with the SAM Shortline having trackage rights over it.
*The FRA has recorded three accidents under this crossing's DOT number.
However, two of them are meant for the neighboring Forrest Street crossing one block to the west (which has just crossbucks).
The third doesn't list a street name, but it seems it may have been for that crossing as well.
However, to give the benifit of the doubt, I'm assuming that it is indeed for this crossing, so I've put the Total Accidents count on this page as one.
For the record, Forrest Street does not have any accidents listed under its DOT number, 635348W, as of the time of making this page.

Owensri2 has a video of this crossing from 2011.
At the time, it was still a full SAL install with both of its original US&S "micro-cantilevers" (both with all US&S 8 inch lights, it appears) and a pair of US&S Teardrop bells!
Sadly, the far signal in the video got wiped-out by a car not too long after it was taken and replaced with the newer mast signal that stands here currently.
According to Google Street View, the surviving SAL signal here retained its original US&S Teardrop bell until at least 2013, though, as you saw above, it has sadly since been replaced as well.
All pictures and the first video were taken on 7-31-21.
The second video was taken by Elliot Hammerstone on 7-31-21.
