The lights are all Safetran 12x24 inch lights. Don't the front lights very look ugly turned like that?
The bell here is a WCH mechanical bell!

 

The front lights on a signal like this would normally be useless due to it being next to a T-intersection, but rather than removing them or aiming them in the same direction, CSX decided to turn one in each direction, which just looks really, really bad, IMHO.
