The FRA also got the street name of this crossing wrong, which might be why CSX printed the wrong name on the relay case. Maple Street is on the other side of Elm Street from this crossing.

On September 13, 2023, Ethan the Railfanner made a return trip to this crossing to find that the 8" lights have been replaced with 12"x24" WCH Flatback w/ Leotek EV series LEDs. The western signal's gate has also been restriped.
