This crossing is located on the GC Savannah Subdivision/CSX Savannah River Lead.
It appears that the Georgia Central may be the one who owns this crossing, as the current inventory report for the crossing was filed by them.
However, as you can see, it appears that CSX may do most(?) of the signal maintenance here, as the equipment is definitely maintained by them. On the other hand, the relay case does feature the GC's phone number on it, for some reason.
The Georgia Central and CSX both give slightly different mileposts as well, so I put both above. Also why I included both railroads for the owner of this line, as I'm not sure who really owns it.
Certainly an unusual situation here, though.
