For some weird reason, the left light seen in picture 11 is a 12"x20" frame with a WCH clear LED inside. All other lights on that signal are 12"x24" frames with UP LEDs. Pictures 11 and 12 were taken with the iPhone 3G, and did not do very good with the WCH clear LED, although it had no problems showing the UP LED lit. |

Google Street View did show that the left 12"x20" frame used to be 12"x24". Who knows what caused it to be replaced?

The opposite signal has all 12"x20" frames, and also has UP LEDs inside. Take a good look at the WCH clear LED. It looks like about half of the LEDs are not lit... |
