This crossing is located on the UP Joliet Sub.

These quad gates replaced a pair of gateless signals with a mechanical bell in the early 2000s.
The gates originally had 4" WCH incandescent gates, but were replaced with Aurora LEDs around 2009.

In 2012, the gate holders were replaced and the crossing was resurfaced when the track was upgraded to 110 mph standards.

In mid 2017, pedestrian gates were added to the crossing.  There have been no changes to the main signals.

Update from December 2019 of all the gates.  In 2014, there were 2 NEG Clear LEDs, and now there are 7, with 5 Alstom Aurora LEDs remaining.

In August 2024, we see all of the WCH LEDs were replaced with mostly Electro-Tech's LEDs with a couple GE Dotted LEDs sprinkled in. The DOT tags were also turned forward, and all of the gates were restriped.
