This crossing is located on the UP Joliet Sub.
These signals replaced a pair of crossbucks in the early 2000s.
The gates originally had 4" WCH incandescents, but were replaced with Aurora LEDs around 2009.

In 2012, the concrete grade shown in
Picture 21 was replaced with a newer concrete grade during a major
track upgrade to make this line 110 mph for Amtraks.
The gate holders were also replaced around the same time.
In November 2016, I noticed a new bungalow pop up along with wiring all around the crossing.

By April 2017, the crossing was upgraded with quad gates. 3 new
signals were installed with the eastern signal remaining in place, but
now it has a newer gate, a Safetran base was added, and the crossbuck
was moved up the signal to better match the high mounted crossbucks on
the new signals. The older relay bungalow was also removed.

The
new western entrance signal. I'm not sure why they didn't reuse
the old signal on this side, but they did for the other.
In
November 2019, we see the NEG bell on the western exit signal was
replaced by a WCH Type 2 E-Bell. The Type 1.5 on the eastern
entrance signal had also gone dead by this point.

In August 2024, we see the eastern entrance signal had its WCH LEDs replaced with Electro-Tech's LEDs, all of the wind guards were replaced, and the remaining NEG E-Bells were replaced with WCH E-Bells, plus the dead WCH Type 1.5 E-Bell on the eastern entrance signal was likely replaced. The DOT tags were also turned to face forward.
