The tracks this crossing are at were formerly the IC Charter Line from Centralia to Freeport.  This little portion has been saved to serve a cement plant in Oglesby just across the river.  The track is owned by Buzzi Unicem, who owns the plant in Oglesby.  IAIS brings cars to the small yard just north of this crossing, and Buzzi takes them across the river to the plant.  Buzzi uses a Paducah Geep and a centercab switcher for power.
There are no other public crossings on the Buzzi tracks to Oglesby.
