Overhead imagery from the ICC website likely from the late 90s or early 2000s. This shows two Griswold EM signals with 12"x24" lights and a mechanical bell. There is also a little passive crossing just south of the main one. By the early 2000s, IMRL or IC&E replaced the southern EM with a new Safetran gated signal.

The southern crossbuck, which has an old 45 degree crossbuck and 2 tracks sign and a newer yield sign and reflector. I skipped out on photographing the northern crossbuck.

The grade for the side track is all asphalt.

In the mid 2010s, both signals were replaced with newer Safetran signals, even the Safetran signal that was already here. The 45 degree crossbuck was also replaced and another crossbuck was also added.

The new northern signal. Oddly enough, this doesn't have a bell even though before, the crossing had 2 bells.

The new southern signal. I'm not sure why this signal was replaced again given the prior one was still fairly new. Funny enough, this crossing is listed on the ICC to get all new signals in the coming years, so this side will get yet another new signal soon.
