This signal is located at the St. Elmo Public Library on US 40.

The lone signal. It has a missing 4" base, 12"x20" Safetran incandescents with the old logo, and a RACO or Griswold Mechanical Bell. Best guess is that this came from the US 40 crossing on the UP Salem Sub a few blocks east of the library, since those were replaced before UP started upgrading everything to LED.
