INDOT pictures from August 2001 showing two Conrail cantilevers with 8" lights, WABCO Model 75 gate mechanisms, and likely a 1st Gen WCH Mechanical Bell.

By 2007, the bell was replaced by a GS E-Bell and the eastern signal's gate mast was replaced entirely, now having a Safetran base and gate mechanism.
G3 G4
By 2013, the western signal's gate mast was also replaced. In 2015, the crossing underwent a major change. An industrial siding that started east of the crossing was extended west through the crossing out about a half mile. As a result, the eastern signal was replaced entirely, and the western signal had its lights replaced, now featuring LEDs. While I can't confirm for certain, this likely was the first crossing on the Chicago Line to get LED lights.
