INDOT pictures from August 2001 showing two Conrail signals with 8" lights, WABCO Model 75 gate mechanisms, and no bells. By 2007, both were replaced with newer Safetran signals.

When first installed, both signals did not have a bell. The western signal also had sidelights.
G3 G4
By 2017, bells were added to both signals with a GS Type 2 on the western signal and a Siemens E-Bell on the eastern signal, though it was dead by the time I filmed this crossing. Between 2019 and 2025, the sidelights on the western signal were removed.
