This crossing is located on the NS Chicago Line, and functions as a double crossing with Sage Rd. #1.

The northern signal. This had a Safetran base, 12"x24" Hawker Safetran incandescents, 4" RECO incandescents, a WCH Style 3 gate mechanism, and a GS Type 2 E-Bell.

The southern signal. This had similar parts, but with no bell and a Harmon base.

The relay bungalow in the northwest quadrant. The grade is rubber and asphalt. Track view facing west towards Tulip Rd. #2 in New Carlisle Track view facing east towards Pear Rd. #2.

Around 2023, both signals were replaced with new Siemens signals.
