Street View picture from November 2007 shows old signals installed by CNW and a wayside horn system at the crossing. The wayside horn system was removed in the early 2010s.

My photos from early 2022 show that this crossing used to have an ASC 2nd Gen E-Bell!

Unfortunately UP decided to replace Clark Ave and this crossing with new UP installs. The new signals were installed on July 8-9th.
