Interestingly enough, based on early street view of this crossing back from June 2008, there once used to be a pair of gateless signals that had (most likely) Hawker-Safetran 12x24 incandescent lights and a WCH mechanical bell. It appears that based on what I could make out on the early street view, work for upgrading this crossing has already began; with an example of what appears to be wires for the new relay bungalow as seen here. By September 2008, the new current gated signals have been installed and the old relay bungalow for the gateless signals was removed.
