The lights on this signal are all WCH 12x24 incandescents. What's really unusal of this signal is that one pair of the side lights are turned to act as main lights!

I'm not 100% sure how one pair of side lights managed to turn as main lights, but the best guess that I could make out is, when the Seaboard System installed these signals, the side lights were going to face the nearby street (Griffith Station Road), but the road was too far away from the signal, so instead, they turned one pair of the sidelights and act like there was 1.5 pairs of Mainlights on both the front and the rear sides of the signal.
