The mast lights on this signal are both WCH 12x24s. The light on the left uses a Safetran Fading LED while the right uses some kind of unknown LED with an X in it.

The FRA claims that this crossing still gets 4 trains a day as of 2018. However, based on my perspective of this crossing, it is out of service because of the track views and the debris in the way.
