When I took these pictures, the NEG had only been up for a few weeks. It had just replaced a mini bell, which was barely clinging to life. Both crossbucks were replaced around the same time I'm assuming.

In the video below, the mini bell is still there. You can hear how it's barely clinging to life. It was like this for years until CSX finally replaced it. This is one of very few bells that CSX had a good reason to replace. If you keep heading down this line, some of the replacements just make no sense.
