Facing West. Three pairs of 8" lights on this side of the crossing. The extra set is for visibility for a nearby hill.

A rare look at a WRRS lantern gate light.

This crossing used to have 3 tracks, but two of them were torn out in 1991. The crossing also used to have 24 daily trains back in the 70s and most of the 80s.

The lights are made by WCH, and GRS. The gate motors are WRRS/GRS model 10's, and there is only one pedestrian gate.

The mechanical bell is on the west side of the crossing hidden behind the extra pair of 8" lights, and is a WRRS mini-bell.

The relay case sort of being taken over by the scenery!

A return trip to the crossing shows really no changes. Everything appears to look the same as it did in 2006.

Returning in May 2024 shows that the mini bell has been replaced with an NEG, and CSX ENS signs have been installed. The lantern gate light is also gone, due to all gates being replaced.
