This crossing was the main entrance to the former Celotex plant here. It went out of buisness in 2009. There used to be 1 (or 2) signals here, as seen in this video from 1997. I can only see one, but it is possible that there was a second one.
For some reason, next to the relay case, there is a lot of busted up old security cameras. You can see one of them in picture 5.
