The Safetran mechanical bell was installed in the early 2010s. It didn't replace anything, as the crossing previously had no bells.
On the back of the northern signal mast, the DOT number doesn't match the actual crossing number, so I looked it up and found that the mast came from the old signals at North St. in Bath. The old signal at this crossing before the mast replacement is seen here and is visibly shorter than the current signal. Also in this video, you can see the crossing before it received the Safetran bell and LED lights.
