The signal with the mismatched backgrounds has a WCH mechanical bell, while the other signal has a Safetran mechanical bell. All 12"x20" and 12"x24" frames have incandescent lights inside. All bells ring from startup to when the gates fully lower.

A new signal replaced the other signal with the mismatched backgrounds |
The other signal has not been touched, and still has the Safetran mechanical bell. |

The new signal now has all 12"x24" incandescent frames from Safetran, while either carrying over the existing WCH mechanical bell, or getting a new WCH mechanical bell. The bell ringing pattern is still the same.
