This crossing is located on the NS Lake Erie District.
This one's an odd one, because it's a Conrail style install, but the Lake Erie District was never owned by Conrail. My guess is Conrail had ownership of the nearby diamond back when they owned the Youngstown Line and thus they maintained this little stretch of the Lake Erie District since it's within the interlocking. Either way, still odd to see a Conrail install on this line.
