Continuing south, then east takes you towards Marconi Boulevard on the NS Dayton District, going east then south takes you towards Coal Dock Road in Piketon on the CSX Northern Subdivision, going east, then south then back east takes you towards Lockbourne Road on the NS Western Branch.

As you can hear in the video, the bell is dead.
