During the entire time I was photographing, plus before and after I was here, the crossing was malfunctioning.  The signals would activate for about 20 seconds, deactivate for 20 seconds, and then start the whole process over again.  I have no idea why it was doing this, but I did call CSX about it, and I assume it was fixed shortly after.
