This crossing is located on the NS Dayton District.

PUCO pictures from the late 90s shows
a pair of late 90s CR signals with 12"x24" Safetran
incandescents, WCH gate mechanisms and a Safetran Hybrid
Bell. These were installed in 1998 replacing a pair of
crossbucks.

Then sometime in the 2010s, the extra
signal was replaced with its current appearance. I'm not
entirely sure why it exactly replaced the previous
signal early on before the rest of the crossing. The
bell was also replaced with a General Signals E-Bell
around this time. Picture O5 provides a better look at
the former northern signal. If you also look at Pictures
O7 and O8, you can see the current relay bungalow
sitting there as this crossing would be upgraded with
the current setup seen below.
